Hello, my question is: if i buy Pro version, am i able to use this on 3 Computers? Speaking: my dads laptop (win), my desktop (win), my MacBook Pro 13“ mid2010 (macos) although upgraded unofficially to i think it was Mojave if i recall that correctly, i can provide new info if i was wrong. -
I have purchased many versions of PTE, but have been away for a number of years, now want to use version 8. I have changed my computer and I have lost track of a Registration key, I have an REG.txt file but I do not know how to use this to get a License Key. I have email support, but as yet no reply, may be that they are all on holiday.

I purchased PicturesToExe three days ago. My bank statement shows debit pending on account. Still have not received email with link. Have written up two different "tickets" with no response from Wnsoft. There is no phone number to call. Grrr.........

I'm another person confused about the registration process. I have the license key file PteKey.txt from the orginal email when I bought PTE. I've just downloaded v8. What am I supposed to paste into the "Load a Key" window? I've tried the contents of PteKey.txt I've also tried KeyCopy from Beechbrook which reports the license keys for PTE & video builder OK but putting them in the windows registry didn't help. THanks

I have been using Version7.5.10 delux for some time now. Just transferred it to a new PC but when I try to open I get the message that the Licence key is invalid or corrupted. It still works ok on my old pc. Is it still possible to download my existing version as I do not want to have to upgrade
