  1. Hi, I am looking for some feedback from members on their experiences in using PTE with Zoom. I do understand and accept that it will never be perfect but have recently been very disappointed with the performance of a particular sequence which runs very smoothly on a PC in either .exe or MP4 format. I am aware of individual band width issues and that there may be little that can be done about that. When “broadcast” over Zoom by a colleague to a large group, the transitions between still images was, for me, at my end, diabolical (digital breakup is the best that I can describe it as). Video was stuttered. Not everybody appeared to have had it as bad an experience as I did. But that may have been in part down to the expectation of the individual. Also, I now suspect that it may also be to do with the quality of the computer. I was using my laptop at the time. I have run several tests today between myself and a colleague both as transmitter and receiver. Both of us have high speed fibre broadband and we both find a definite drop in quality when receiving. Not as bad as I had experienced before but bad enough. The still transitions and particularly the video are both jumpy. Any thoughts? Thanks, in anticipation. John PS - I now seem to recall somewhere reading NOT to use long fades?
  2. I expect that this is a quite an elementary question. I am struggling with finding my show after publishing it (embedding it) I tried the HD 4K. and the AVI Video file. I would have expected it to be in the C:/users/Lowell/Documents I have searched everywhere I have made a show before. Somewhere I found the file. Copied .it to a USB device and played it my TV Once I embed it I cannot find the MP4 file Hope you can help Lowell
  3. Hi Folks, I am building a menu in PTE 9 something I have done a number of times in the past. On this occasion one of the four shows has been converted to MP4. I wasn't aware that this would be a problem, being under the impression I had used MP4 in the past. However PTE is not finding any MP4 whatsoever. Should this be the case? Am I missing something? I am using "Run Application or Open File" from the drop down as a couple of the PTE shows were made on older versions of PTE and "Run Slideshow With Return" won't work. Advice please. I can't believe that this should be the case given that so many people are burning PTE shows to MP4 nowadays!!!! Cheers John
  4. I have a sound problem and don't know how to solve it. Only recently I purchased PTE version 9.0.8. I created a wonderful slideshow with it and put music (mp3-files) in it. When I publish it to exe all works fine (till the end of the slideshow). But when I publish it to mp4 (and AVI), the sound works fine in the beginning but after about 10 minutes or so the sound totally stops suddenly but de slideshow goes on (till the end). For your information: I have created a slideshow with 1142 slides and with a duration of about 77 minutes. I publish it with a quality of 1920x1080 pixel and on highest quality and standard quality. I already tried a lot of different ways to publish it but the problem keeps existing. Does anyone at this forum knows a solution?
