Hi, I am new to PTE AV 10.5 Is there a online store which I could download transitions, styles and themes for PTE AV? Any online store which PTE AV owns? I have come cross a YouTube channel by the name of Javier where you could download transitions, is it safe to get it from there? Also there is another store called https://diaporashop.com/en/ Is it ok to buy transitions, styles or themes from there? Or please let me know a place which is authorized by wnsoft.com to purchase. I have made a slide show of photos from a trip to Venice. After selecting styles and getting the timing perfect, I need to add simple text to a few slides. It has been my experience that adding text (through objects & animations) negates the style I have selected. Is there a work around for this?

Three years ago, davegee posted a nice-looking Tetra style, which I recently found in searching this site. However, when applying the Tetra style in PTE V9, some of the triangle's sides disappear after a few rotations. Puzzled by the disappearing sides, I went back to PTE V8.0.20 and it ran just fine. Now, when I need to use Tetra, I will just run it on PTE V8. Just the same, are there any settings I should tweak to make all the sides of the triangle appear properly under V9? Thanks! -Craig

I am going to have to reinstall everything on my computer after a problem with Windows. I have spent hours with Dell and Microsoft. I have some styles that I would like to save and copy to the new computer. I am looking at the files in the list and nothing seems real evident to me as to where they are located so that I might do this. Can anyone tell me where they might be stored? Thanks in advance.

A simple style which creates a Mask with a Border. Add a single 3:2 image to a 3:2 Project or a 16:9 Image to a 16:9 Project Slide List and apply the Style. Other AR Images will be in "Cover Slide" Mode and might need a little adjustment. The result is a Mask which can be copied and pasted as many times as required into another slide. Nine different Page Styles for a 2D Photo Album. Animation can be added to each of the photo elements. Pages are Multi AR - 3:2 and 16:9 and will automatically select the correct variant according to Project AR. Add Image or Images according to the instructions in the Styles Dialogue. Where a mixture of Portrait and Landscape Images are required place the Portrait Image first. A very basic Set of Styles from which you can create your own version(s). It is based (loosely) on the Dom's Template seen recently in the forum. Box of Photos Start.ptestyle Box of Photos Middle.ptestyle Box of Photos End.ptestyle Method: This example describes a short show of 20 or so slides as a trial. It is optimised for a 16:9 Project with 3:2 or 16:9 Images. Changing image AR in successive slides might produce unwanted effects. Drag Image 1 into the Slide List - Import and apply the START Style to it. Drag the rest of the Images into the Slide List in the order: Image 1; Image 2 (Twice); Image 3 (Twice) etc up to the last image which should only be a single image. Image 1 must be the same Image 1 as used above. Import and apply the MIDDLE Style to them. Drag the last single image into the Slide List again. Import and apply the END Style to it. Adjust to suit. Change the Background Image, Timings, Text etc. Animate the Box in the Start and End sections etc. Have fun. P.S. I have tried these on 2 different PCs (W7 and W10) and they work without any glitches.

Now we can easily drop images into a template simply by renaming them something predictable like 001.jpg, 002.jpg, etc. Sometimes I have quite a few photos, maybe 50 or more that I want to drop into a template, but the order is wrong. Other times I want a specific number of images to fit specific templates which I may place end to end in a project file. Is there a way to visually reorder slides and then rename them according to the new order--such as 001.jpg, 002.jpg, etc.? We can reorder photos in PTE but cannot rename them by the new order. We can reorder images and rename by the new order in Irfanview, but that seems cumbersome and error prone (I goof up some detail almost every time!). Anyone have a better idea?
