two2go Posted August 29, 2003 Report Posted August 29, 2003 I am a registered member and the PicToExe program I'm not. I paid for the program a couple years ago but haven't used it in a long time. Now it won't let me use more than 10 pics. Message comes up saying it's a trial program. Any ideas how to solve this problem? Quote

two2go Posted August 29, 2003 Author Report Posted August 29, 2003 Thanks for your info. I did do that but I still can't do more than 10 pics on my slide show. I'll keep trying. Thanks again for your reply. Quote
alrobin Posted August 29, 2003 Report Posted August 29, 2003 two2Go,Do you have a "PTE.KEY" file that is exactly 231 bytes in size? If so it should still be good for the new PTE version 4.11.Try putting all your files in one folder, including PTE.KEY. Download "apr.zip" from the WnSoft website (see link at the top of the forum), unzip, and copy all 7 files into the same folder as before (choosing "replace all existing files"). Then double-click "setup", and follow instructions. If you don't have the PTE.KEY file, however, this won't work for you, and you will have to get a new file from WnSoft support. Good luck!Edit: In the 2nd para. I should have said "... all your PTE files in one folder"! Quote
think(box) Posted August 29, 2003 Report Posted August 29, 2003 two2go, this happened recently almost identically, and here was Igor's advice about how to fix:Dear Nancy,This problem rarely may occurs with version 3.80.Please uninstall the program and reinstall PicturesToExe again.Or better download and install newest v4.10.If problem still appears after this, please write me Quote
