Would like standard effect like Picasa's pan and zoom

It would be nice if this small pan and zoom effect were one of the standard choices on PTE. I know it can be done manually, but quite a bit of effort for each slide show. I did do some searching in the forum but didn't find any prior discussion of this.

Moved this from PTE to the Ideas and Suggestions forum. Actually this has been discussed at length in previous posts and on member, Tom, actually created a template for this.

I would be very nervous about PTE going down this particular road and I am glad that there do not seem to be any plans to do so. These effects should not be thrown into our slide shows on an ad hoc basis and if that is what is wanted there is another product that will do that for you.

PTE stands apart from other similer products for all the right reasons and I hope it can remain that way.
