RayC Posted August 3, 2009 Report Share Posted August 3, 2009 Hi I have applied for the new upgrade for Vidio builder V 5.7 4 Days ago and as of now had no reply.I dont want to apply again with my Bank details as i dont want to eventualy end up paying twice,as at the moment the money as not been deducted. Igor Posted August 5, 2009 Report Share Posted August 5, 2009 Raymond,We regret that you still didn't receive the Upgrade key for PicturesToExe!I just checked up your order and its status marked as "Billing page". Usually it means that a customer didn't confirm his order and leaved the order page at some stage without pressing of a final confirmation button. The credit card was not charged of course.Please place a new order and you should receive the key immediatelly after final confirmation.
