Ian Crichton Posted November 14, 2012 Report Posted November 14, 2012 I have a similar problem to Lynn. I had EXE delux on my last computer with windows XP and had very good results. I now have a new computer with Windows 7. I was sent a key to instal Exe and when I opened the programme it asked me to copy the key into the box, acknowledges that the key is correct and I press the accept. Immediatley the same box reappears asking me to copy the key again. I did this four times without any success. I then ask for a new key and when that arrived this morningI repeated the attampt to register the programme and exactly the amae thing happened.I know I computer wiz kid but I have never had such a problem like this with a programme key before. Can somebody advise me what I do know to register the programme? Quote
davegee Posted November 14, 2012 Report Posted November 14, 2012 Is it possible that the original Key that you bought is now out of date?If you install the version that was current when you bought the Key it will probably work OK?What version are you trying to install and when did you purchase the Key??DGP.S. http://www.wnsoft.com/archives/ Quote
