I might be a bit late with this, but see if you can find a copy of Canon's EasyPrint software that comes bundled with Canon cameras, and is probably downloadable from Canon websites. It allows automatic printing of selected images onto various sizes of paper, with options for 1-up, 2-up, 4-up ... to about 48-up on A4 paper. I don't know if it will work with non-Canon printers, though.

cool.gifFROM THE IRFANVIEW HELP FILE

Open an image from a selected directory in the viewer. Click the File Menu, then Thumbnails. A box will open and fill with thumbnails of the images in the directory.

On the left side is a tree view with drives and directories.

Double click any thumbnail to open that image in the viewer. If you change directories by opening another image, the thumbnail display will show those images.

To close the display, click Exit on the display's menu bar or press ESC.

you will have to adj settings etc as to size of thumbs etc

then you can save it as a html page etc

the free proggies do miracles if you look at the featurescool.gif

i just did a file with 58 images -- had to do some playing to get things right then saved it as a jpg image and printed it out --it filled 1/2 a page in landscape mode so the thumbs should have been larger

as i said you will have to play with the settigs
