davedalston Posted November 3, 2009 Report Posted November 3, 2009 HelloI have found that a right click advances to next slide and that left arrow goes back one slide. What other keys can be used to control a slideshow and where can I find this information. Thankyou Dave Quote
smithrg Posted November 3, 2009 Report Posted November 3, 2009 Hi Dave, the spacebar will pause/resume a slidshow. I don't know where to find the other shortcuts, but I use this one continually.I'm sure someone else will help you shortly.Best regards, Gayland. Quote
thedom Posted November 3, 2009 Report Posted November 3, 2009 Hello Dave,You can assign left and right mouse button to an action to control show. You can also allow or not the control of the slideshow to keyboard. You can find those options in Projects Options, Advanced tab : Control of Show. Quote
mhwarner Posted November 3, 2009 Report Posted November 3, 2009 What other keys can be used to control a slideshow and where can I find this information. DaveHi Dave, Not sure where to find this list in writing, but the right arrow and Page Down keys will advance the show forward, while the left arrow keys and the Page Up will go backwards. Home goes all the way to the beginning of a show and End goes to the very end. Escape, of course, quits the show entirely. And as robertg mentioned, the spacebar will pause the show (and start it again as well). There may be other keys that do something, but I didn't find them. Quote

I sure didn't find any references other than this one in both Lin and John's PDF and the 6.0 version just posted on WnSoft:The next Permit control of show using keyboard gives you an opportunity to control the slide show with the help of keyboardbuttons. For example, you may use PageUp and PageDown buttons for going to the next and previous slide. There is a number ofshortcuts, which you may use. It is convenient to use them for quicker work, if you know all or several of them. There are Hotkey reference tables in both PDFs, but as far as I can tell, those keys are the useable only while creating slideshows and not while running a completed EXE file. Perhaps I have missed something? Quote
