I also have gotton a registration file and got the same invalid or corrupt file box on the 28th at 1150 pm

and so far have not recieved a response from no customer service

update:: new key recieved 9/30/03

update#2 installed the program and setup my first show and i will say it is excellent

I am impressed with its capability Inna did send a new key this morning

it was in a zip file. unziped it became a .exe and running the program and using this exe file when asked it gave me a registered sign. reopened PTE and It is workin great

welcome to the forum

the problem of no key coming with your acceptance occurs quite frequently when you have your mail or antivirus program set up improperly to accept reg files.

support will get back to you

and as mentioned in another thread it must be a certain size.

Well, since this is happening more and more maybe PTE must start to think about another method to distribute key files - maybe a secure web site with download options?

And no, with the instant world we live in I do not think patience is a virtue, it is a pain! ;)
