kessi Posted December 19, 2009 Report Posted December 19, 2009 HiI wonder if there are some other folk who have been trying to renew the Videobuilder Licence key for PTE version 6. It took me a while to realise that Videobuilder is a 2 yearly renewal software. My problem is that I cannot get the site to take my money. I keep on getting a 'Payment failed' error message. I know I filled in everything correctly. I used Firefox and Internet Explorer and had no luck.kessi Quote
