I did not receive order confirmation by return mail. I have not received a license. My account was not debited with the amount. Thank you for telling me that my order has been registered or if the transaction has not been made. Probably there are some problems with payment transfer. The transaction service needs your confirmation for the procedure of payment, I have sent some instructions how to solve this problem at your e-mail address.
