KyDan
Greetings!I have been a very modest occasional user of P2E since around 2005.I know I have sent money 2 times to buy upgrades. My latest registration e-mail is dated March 2008.Since that time my old computer has been put in the closet and I amhappy to have a much newer one.Problem-- I still have my registration letter and key but cannotseem to find my original P2E program. Is it possible to download an early version that my key will work with??I don't mind supporting software that I use but I must be honest.....I will likely use P2E to create at most 2 or 3 slide shows that are formy personal use only. Vacation and family photos from the last 3 years.$75 seems a bit steep for software that I'll likely use 2 or 3 times. As I said, I have sent money twice earlier. Are there any older versions archived anywhere? And failing that----since my last registration is not quite 2 years ago, can I get an upgradefor less than full price??Thanks for helping a very occasional but appreciative user!Peace!!Dan D.Louisville, Kentucky good ole USA
fh1805
Dan,Just download the latest version from www.wnsoft.com and apply the key that you have. That will give you a working version of "Basic PTE". If you want the VideoBuilder you might have to buy the upgrade. But your last key (March 2008) should still have a couple of months life left on it.regards,Peter

fh1805
Dan,The key that you have (and which you describe above) is the VideoBuilder key. You also need your original "Base PTE" key. PTE requires two keys: one for the basic function and another for the VideoBuilder feature. You seem to have the second but not the first. If your old PC is still available and bootable, try downloading and running KeyCopy utility then transfer the salvaged files over to your new PC.regards,Peter
