ronwil
Is there a way in P2E to make invisible the rectangular bounding box which surrounds a button. I want to be able to click on an object in a picture to open an application without the bounding box being visible. I know Ian has done this with his Christmas Card a couple of years ago, but I believe this was in a different programme.Ron [uK]
nobeefstu
Ron,Im not sure if this procedure is exactly what you are looking for ... but if you want to create a invisible HOT SPOT to click within a Photo or another Object :Create a single color bitmap (jpg or gif) file .Size this bitmap file to the dimentions you require.Add this new bitmap to your slide as a Object.Make the properties of the bitmap transparent and set your clicking function to whatever you require. This gives you a invisible, clickable button or as I call them HOT SPOTS.
ccmanz
If you make a solid color Gif or BMPPlace them as objects where you wantyour link.you can then check the option to havea transparent background on the object. Becauseit is all one color it will make it to invisible. Then set the action of the Gif or Bmp toopen the application.Only problem with is option is...Different screen setting will move the objects around. Not sure if this is what you are looking for?cc
