P2E new version license question

I'm a bit fuzzy as far as new versions and license fees go.

Question:

If my license fee is current now and I install version 6.0

I assume it will work.

What happens when my 2 years are up, assuming I don't

attempt to upgrade after that time??

I guess what I'm asking is this--

If I stop paying AND stop upgrading, will the version I have

continue to function after 2 years?
