I do not know if this is the right place for this but I did an upgrade license in deluxe classic and I not received the mail confirming my purchase except by paypal so I don ' is not my No. PTE deluxe license please ?

I have to re pay right? if so no thanks I pay no more than 2 times and the paym is confirmed through paypal so there is no reason that I confirm it is seen that already.

I have a concern, when I run PTE even after I uninstall re is the basic license and ask me to put a new key so I can not update my license.
