Download problems

Hi,

I am having problems with THe DOM downloads. I recently purchased some products. When I download the zip file and attempt to open and load the file, the file opens with PTE 6.0 and I have no idea where the file is. can amyone help me with this problem?

Cliff,

Try this:-

Press 'Start-Button'-->select-->Search-->For Files or Folders-->When the Search-window opens

type in the name of the File and press Search. If it has been downloaded it will find it.

What I do is download the file to the desktop and extract it to a new folder. Then run the downloaded file from the new folder.

The Dom will answer all your queries.
