Trouble w/ background music

I attempted to create my first show on version 3.80. I added 3 mp3 files to play as background music; random; and repeat. There were 166 pictures at 2 seconds each.

I can't get the music to play.

I am waiting to hear back from tech support.

Any ideas?

have you tried only playng 1 mp3 file?

if you get one mp3 to play

then take it out and put 2 back in and dont select random

try it

then put third in

try it

then select random

try it

you may have to reboot each time to clear the mp3's that get put in your temp file --this will verify you have "fresh" music in the temp each time while trying to sort things out

in my case with xp home it is here

C:\Documents and Settings\ken cox\Local Settings\Temp

I am red-faced. I figured out what I did wrong even though I had done it right numerous times before. All is just fine and is working.
