Bgrady
Within the last 5 weeks, I have twice tried to purchase PTE deluxe 6, using credit cards which never have problems other places. Both times, I received the following message:Thank you for purchasing PicturesToExe!We will send the license key for PicturesToExe within 24 hours.WnSoft, Ltd.http://www.wnsoft.comTechnical support: http://wnsoft.com/support.htm... and then never received a license key. In the first case, I emailed the support team 5 times over 10 days, and never got a response. In the second case, I used a different email address to register, and also have received no registration key from the company. In the first case, I finally went to my bank and had the charges reversed. I am still waiting for my license key from the others.Has anyone else had this experience? I have even registered the domain name 'www.picturestoexescam.info' to express my displeasure publicly, as I don't seem to hear anything from the company.HOPEFULLY, the person in charge is reading this... and if so, please reply to bgrady@lisco.com with a suitable response. Thank you!

Lin Evans
Hello "Bgrady" (If you could give your name it would help with communication),Many thousands of people have purchased PicturesToExe without issues so there is likely an issue with your email rejecting the key or with it being blocked by a spam filter. The first thing to do is check with your email host and look in the spam filter content to see if the email with the unlock key was filtered and placed there. When a successful purchase is made, the service which handles the purchase automatically sends the unlock key. If you have heard nothing at all about the purchase other than as indicated in your post, the strong probability is that your email host is where the problem lies. If you have received other communications, it's possible that the unlock key is contained in these emails. There is no "scam" with Wnsoft or with PicturesToExe.Best regards,LinWithin the last 5 weeks, I have twice tried to purchase PTE deluxe 6, using credit cards which never have problems other places. Igor
Hello Bruce!I bring you our apologies for this problem!Usually our server automatically sends registration keys within several minutes after purchasing. Probably Gmail email address which you've used in the order has blocked the second email with the key for PicturesToExe. I just sent you again two emails for both address (on Gmail and on the second one you've pointed above). For the next PicturesToExe version 7.0 we plan to use absolutely new short product keys which will be sent in a text of the first registration email. That should solve such issues. Please let me know how you've sent us a support request? By email or through special support form which is quoted above: Technical support: http://wnsoft.com/support.htm ?The email address is read-only and used by automated system to send registration keys only. Please use the support form to contact us.
