Problem With Sound

Hello,

I have a 30 minute slideshow made with P2E in late 2005.

I recently pulled it out to share with someone and it played the slideshow but would not play the sound on my Vista 64 machine. It works fine on both of my XP computers.

I assume the problem may be the 64 bit OS.

Is there something I can do to make it work on both.

I'm guessing this slideshow was created with PicturesToExe 4.xx or earlier?

If yes, please download this special utility from our official website:

http://www.wnsoft.com/apr/pte449patch.zip

It will patch executable files of your old slideshows to bring compatibility with Windows Vista and Windows 7.

I downloaded the file and extracted it, but get an err message that Windows cannot access... You may not have the appropriate permissions...

Try to click right mouse button on this file and choosee "Run as administrator".

Still won't open.

I don't know if it has something to do with the problem but I'm using Kaspersky security.

Do you have source files of this slideshow? You can re-build executable file of the slideshow in PicturesToExe 4.49
