Registration Key Problem

On Thurdsay July 29 I purchased the upgrated and received an email receipt for the transaction on Order ID: 3876LN7-8EU28.

The email said in 48 hours I would receive the key for the upgrade PicturesToExe Deluxe. I have not received another email since.

I am currently deep into an important project for may family reunion at the end of the first week in August - which is in a few days and now I am really worried I will not be able to complete it.

The problem started when I tried to create a video DVD of the project. A pop up showed a window saying that the verison of PTE has expired. So I purchased the upgrade as per order order number above.

Please help!
