Key not received

I sent you an email two days ago and I didn’t receive any answer.

The last 9th August, I have bought the picture to exe 6.5 software and I paid the built on line. The amount of this built has been debited of my bank account. But, since, I didn’t receive any information about a code or a key to log me. Today I still have to use the test version.

So, I’m waiting for this key to make me able to use this software.

Anybody can help me?? Does anybody have already had this kind of problem?

I sent SUPPORT an e-mail over a week ago to ask if they'd send me a link to the older version of PixtoExe because I reformatted my computer. I STILL haven't received a reply to that.

Sooooo, I bought the update so I could use PixtoExe over the week-end. I still haven't received my key code.

I don't understand? If I pay by credit card, that can be validated immediately, why can't I get a key code immediately?

Does ANYONE maintain the support site anymore?

I apologize for this delay! The most likely the emails with attached keys were blocked by mail server. Please let me know your Order ID or full name to send you registration keys.

P.S. Now we're reworking our license keys to include them as a text into email without any attached files. This should solve similar issus.

Thank you very much for responding. Sending the license key as a text would be wonderful. I still haven't received my key code. In the meantime, here is my information:

Hello,

I've same problem.

Yesterday I've paid for the programm, downloaded the file.

This is what I have in archive pack (see file attached):

1. picturestoexe-setup.exe

2. readme.rtf

3. whatsnew.rtf

Should the key file be inside the archive?

I applied to the orders@wnsoft.com.

I received the PteKey.txt by e-mail.

I unpack the archive, launch the program, load the key in the activation window.

The programm says that activation is complete. After 2 seconds it asks again for the activation.

So. I load the key. ok for 2 seconds. Asks the activation.

What could be the problem?

Keys are not supplied in the download because users may simply be trialling the product before deciding whether to buy or not. The key is sent out via e-mail after the purchase has been made. The key distribution technology changed a few days ago. Please confirm which version of PTE you have by launching the software and doing Help|About PicturesToExe...

Make sure your PTE version is v6.5.2. Previous 6.5 versions did not address the new license key text format.

Changes in version 6.5.2

+ Added support of uploads on Facebook (1080p).

+ PicturesToExe accepts new license keys in text format. Old keys in files also are supported.

You mentioned you received the PteKey.txt by e-mail. Was the key registration information received as a additional attachment to the email ?

Or was the key registration information received as part of the body of the email message ... which is now the new license key in text format ?

**If your key information is the new license key in text format ... try your text copy/paste operation again to enter the license key, Verify you have exactly copied the key registration information ... making sure there is no additional leading or trailing characters or spaces.

Additional Note:

* I did just notice from your image attachment of your WinRAR ... the CRC32 value and date matches the v6.5.2 (latest realease). So your good to go with the correct build version for the new license keys in text format.

Yes, the version is PTE 6.5.2.

First of all, I've downloaded the file.

When I launched the programm, it asked for a key.

So I applied for it and received a a key in a text format by mail with the explanation what to do:

"Start PicturesToExe.

- You will see registration window.

- Click "Load a key" button and then choose the file with your license key."

Then I'm starting the programm, it asks for a key (to load a txt file, or to copy).

I load the file. The programm says "yes, you activated your programm". And again the same window appears for activation.

Now I copy the key value from the registry. The programm says - it is the wrong key or the key to another programm.

Can I get the working programm and the right key to it.

Nadezda,

You should have received an e-mail with text similar to this in it:

- KEY BEGIN -

[PTE]

ABCDEFghij0987654

[VB]

ZYXWVU123456abcdefg

- KEY END -

Your actual keys will be longer and more random than my example. You need to Copy and Paste everything, including the lines that say KEY BEGIN and KEY END from your e-mail.

Now I copy the key value from the registry. The programm says - it is the wrong key or the key to another programm.

Nadezda's comment tells me she received the key registration by a .txt file attachment ... which is still the old distribution method. If you use the Load Key From File button to load your key ... you do not additionally need to copy and paste the key information. This might be whats causing the issue ... you had loaded a key from a selected file and also used the copy and paste method.

Does your registration file also contain additional string information of :

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\PTE]

"Key"="

I ask this question because your posted file string only reveals you have the VideoBuilder key registration ... and not the full PTE key registration. Just to make things clear ... did you purchase the full Deluxe licenses, or Standard License, or just the Upgrade License for VideoBuilder ?

The Upgrade License for VideoBuilder will not alone activate the Standard License of PTE.

It appears to me ... you have received a Upgrade License for VideoBuilder and not the Standard Licence of which you say you purchased . The key file sent to you would not have included the file string of [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\WnSoft\VideoBuilder] to activate the PTE Standard Edition.

**You need to contact WnSoft support and also verify your order confirmation receipts of what was actually ordered, sent, and recieved.

**Your current key has only activated use of VideoBuilder features ... this is why the program always says to load a key for use of the PTE Standard Edition.

Yesterday I've placed a message to the technical support:

Can we finally solve the problem with registration etc.

I wanted to order the PTE Standard Edition. The cost is $49. I received something by the cost of $34. What is it a PixBuilder or Deluxe upgrade to PTE Standard Edition?

I don't need an upgrade as well as PixBuilder.

I need PTE Standard Edition.

Order problem history:

1. I received order confirmation.

My order details are as follows: Order ID 389X33Q-3L4XG. Billing Information: Nadezda Orlova, Dzelzavas 79-24, Riga, LV1084, Phone +37128333555, e-mail:

nadezda.orlova@gmail.com

2. I've downloaded the file with the name picturestoexe-setup.zip The was no registration key file inside.

3. I applied with this problem to the orders@wnsoft.com

4. I received a file from orders@wnsoft.com (attached)

5. I launched the program, loaded the file with the key. Confirmation window appeared for 2 seconds that activation is complete. Then again the program asked for activation. Loaded the key. ok for 2 seconds. Asked the activation.

6. I've applied with the same question to the forum.

7. Today I received an answer:

"It seems that your email program doesn't allow your to receive the attached files. Please, create a ticket on our support web page. The registration key will be attached to this ticket. http://www.wnsoft.com/support.htm "

Can we finally solve this problem with registration.

I created a ticket on a support page.

I don't understand why it takes so much time to fix all problems.

It starts to be very uncomfortable for me.
