Rainbows over El Paso

Rain in El Paso, Texas is spotty at best and rainbows a rare occurance, fleeting at best.

On this one day in September we had the rare treat of long lasting rainbows. I did my best to capture these images.

I did use Photoshop Elements Equalize filter to bring out the colors.

The show is 16:10 , 2.58 mb and 30 seconds long.
