colin hill Posted October 6, 2010 Report Posted October 6, 2010 This magnificent garden is situated in the grounds of Arundel Castle, West Sussex. It was opened up by HRH the Prince of Waleson 14th May 2008.The garden is a light-hearted tribute to Thomas Howard, 14th Earl of Arundel, known as "The Collector". It has been designed byIsabel and Julian Bannerman and has been conceived as a Jacobean formal garden. It is in fact an imaginative re-creation of whatthe "Collector" Earl's formal garden may have been like at Arundel House, his town palace overlooking the Thames in London.Hope you enjoy this short presentation.19.11mb20 slides2mins 30 sec1920 x 1080Any comments welcome.Keyboard control is active.Colinhttp://www.mediafire.com/?shrk8f3uzh6l9zs Quote
