registration key [SOLVED]

I need help with my registration key. My order number was 38EYZ8E-9F9V2 and my e-mail is hiker4ever1@bellsouth.net. I did not receive a key with my order receipt. I checked spam but no help. I need to get my program to work for a project due this weekend. Help would be much appreciated.

I received the email but for some reason I cannot unload the attachment if that has the registration key. Can you print the key in the email so I can cut and paste it in the program

If your unable to open or extract attachments in your emails ... you may want to check your email program security setting to unblock possible harmful attachments.
