nelson Posted December 10, 2010 Report Posted December 10, 2010 I am having difficulty with a transition using windows 7- 64 bit.I have a vertical slide that I would like to bring in from the side which is placed outside of view and want to place overtop of a background slide.I add keyframe to about 3 or 4 seconds in to the transition which is where I want the slide to end.Pretty basic stuff. Now if I want to maintain this position for a few seconds before moving it again I highlight the last keyframe, clone slide, and place a keyframe where I want it.The problem I am having is the transition will now move to this point and end here. There are times when this will work, most times not.I am doing something wrong no doubt, can someone point me to a solution. Thanks,Kieron Quote
fh1805 Posted December 10, 2010 Report Posted December 10, 2010 Keiron,Why not simply add the new keyframe by clicking just under the O&A timeline (with the Animation tab having been previously selected) at the approximate place where you want the keyframe - and then adjust the timevalue and other parameters via the Animation tab?regards,Peter Quote
nelson Posted December 10, 2010 Author Report Posted December 10, 2010 Thanks for the quick reply, When you suggested animation I looked at the tab and I had used slow down.If I use linear there is no problem everyting works as it should. Many thanks,Kieron Quote
davegee Posted December 10, 2010 Report Posted December 10, 2010 You can use Sow Down (or any other) if you go into Setting Up and click on SEPARATE HERE for each of the intermediate keypoints.DG Quote
