Panos FX - New Free Photoshop/Elements Action

Hi Guys,

Panos (of Panos FX) has a great new free Photoshop/Elements action which creates a light bulb which the user can place their own images inside. One of them is a cool "snow" bulb which creates a very nice "snow" effect. Anyone who wants to animate snow inside for the season can download my template here:

Just unzip and extract - open the latest PTE and load the files. Then after creating your own image within the snow bulb, delete the file "goosebulb" from the bottom, highlight the frame, right click and add your own snowbulb creation from using Panos' action then move it to the bottom to the same position where "goosebulb" formerly resided. You can then manipulate the frame (size, position, 3D transform, etc.) as desired. Animation set to run 60 seconds.

HI Lin, its good to have you back on the forum , got the free action the other day, and with your template i can now do somthing with it . i just have one problem how do i keep it running to the end of song . say the song his 4min 4 sec

Hi Brian,

Since the animation is set to run for 60 seconds, just duplicate the slide four times (in the slide list) and use a simple fade transition on all. This way the animation will continue repeating until your song has ended. You can deal with the four seconds by either adding an additional slide to fade out at the end with no snow, etc.

I added another show to the demo for both PC and Mac which uses the snow build-up technique I explain in my #23 tutorial on the "PTE Made Easy" PTE for Smarties series... I did it for a very special friend in Maine who I hope will become a PTE user soon.
