mathieujm
Happy new year to all the users and developers of this great tool (PTE 6.5.7 with video builder).I made a new slideshow for the new year. I am very happy with it, but...when I make a video to send itor it's really too bigor the quality is very poorThe best is with the .exe : best quality and not too heavy. But it's not easy to send a .exe in an email !They are often refused as possibly dangerous or treated as spams...What do you do to send the .exe without changing the extension or other things not very easy to manage by the receiver of the email ?ThanksJMM
keyboard
Hi JMMYou can put the PTE file into a zip folder for sending by email, but most providers will not allow large email files.Another and best way is to upload your slideshow onto the Cottage site, follow this link.My linkHope this helps John. Ronniebootwest
Or you can Zip the exe file and upload to 'Mediafire' and then send the link that they provide, to anyone via email.

KyDan
Another free file upload area that I use with good luck is calledDropbox.comAnother suggestion, if the file is not too big to e-mail you can simplychange the extension from exe to zip and tell yourfriend to simply change it back. You don't even have to zip it, just change the extension and itwill fool the mail client into sending it. morasoft
Hello: You can also change the file extension. For example: exe for ex_ After, the e-mail receptor has to change back the extension to exe. But this form is appropriate only if the file does not take up many megabytes.
