I suspect most users will prefer to use Photoshop for the effects seen in the first part of your slideshow.

But I really like the second part of your slideshow ("altered photographs with abstract images"), the result is very interesting.

I totally agree with you but the 'photographic effects' are included

1) so that these few operations can be used in combination with the abstract images without having to leave the program and perhaps, more importantly,

2) I had fun programming them.
