rimakaal
A friend of me received an upgrade license key for VB in may 2011. Her license key was expired february 2011.But the VB does not ask for the license key. How can she activate Video Builder with the new license key that she already had received and payed?Thank youRimakaal

nobeefstu
rimakaal, that we tried. But the load key button does not appear. This indicates the current VB key loaded is still valid for the version build of PTE/VB thats being used. Even though the 2 yr date has expired ... the key is stll valid and usable for that particlar version build of PTE/VB (and older versions) forever.Your friend should still be able to use the VB features with the old key currently loaded. The new VB key will be needed for future versions when the old VB key wont be accepted ... then the new key will be valid for 2yrs and any older versions forever. As stated at WnSoft site:Free upgrades for VideoBuilder (included to Deluxe edition) during two years’ period since the date of your purchasing. After the end of this period you can continue to use any previously released version of VideoBuilder for unlimited time or pay $34 for the upgrade of the newer version. The only easy way load a new key when the old key is still valid, is to install the latest Beta 7 version available ... and select Help| Enter New License Key . Older versions of PTE/VB dont have this recently added feature.

If not;we can try the latest Beta version.Thank youRimakaal

Click next for each phase & let video builder decide what is wanted.Yachtsman1.
davegee
If you cannot make the ISO (UNTICK BURN DVD and TICK CREATE ISO) then something in your project COULD be causing the problem.Try removing MUSIC and make ISO.If that fails split project in half and try to make an ISO from each half.If one half makes ISO and the other does not you have isolated a section of the project to investigate further.DG

Click next for each phase & let video builder decide what is wanted.Yachtsman1.We tried this afternoon to burn a miniproject (2 min).it was going well, but when it was finished, there was a message "Exception EInvalide Pointer in module Pictures to Exe.exe at 000047DD"Then we have removed the program PTE and we have download the last version.Altough the VideoBuilder was expired febr 2011,he don't ask for the new key.We tried to burn a longer project (1h),it went well til the action "menu should be converted to Mpeg2".We received the message "there is an error and program must be closed"Rimakaal
