Useing PTE Vidio converter

Hi all,

Hope someone can help please.

Have tried to use the Vidio Converter built into V7.

Clicking on add task and locateing an AVI

The paused button shows up and I wait nothing happens

so after a while i click on someing (tried everything)

only thing that happens is the paused button changes to error.

Does it happen with ALL video file types?

Try a different file?

The usual advice would probably be to uninstall Beta 14 and install anew?

I've never seen the symptoms you describe.

Hi dave,

All files have been AVI some from a mates camera and others

from my own but every time just the same.

Will try as you say redownload.

Ray,

1. What will happen if you add this AVI file and then click "Convert All" button?

2. Add this AVI to the converter. Can you click Play button in miniPlayer or use rewinding to see picture of video clip?

3. If you add directly these AVI video clips to PicturesToExe - can you see a picture of video clip and will it play?

4. Try add and convert this sample video clip (8 MB):

Worked and ran well, so back to try takeing more Vidios.

So no problem with vidio converter.
