The Apple Mac iPad 2

I am interested in buying an iPad2 and would like to hear from those of you who might already be using one.

I know that it does not have the ability to play 'Flash Video' which is a major drawback but, is it able to play Pictures To Exe slide shows?

The selling price, for a 32gig model is around the £600 mark, so is not a cheap investment.

What do you think of this gadget, is it woth buying?

Does iPod 2 support Executable File for Mac?

If it does I could see a use for it (being 100% PC/Windows) but otherwise crossing platforms is a debatable issue.

Thanks for taking the time to explain your thoughts on the iPad2.

I take on board all of your comments and now All I have to do is decide on whether to wait for the iPad3 or just get a new laptop.
