David Porter Posted February 8, 2012 Report Posted February 8, 2012 Hi Dave,Interesting Moire effects (intentional?)on the zooms added to the interest although I would have liked you to stop now and again in your walk and interspace the zooms with some stills. Superb photography. Quote
davegee Posted February 8, 2012 Author Report Posted February 8, 2012 Hi Mick,No intentional Moire. Are you viewing at 1920x1080?DG Quote
David Porter Posted February 8, 2012 Report Posted February 8, 2012 Hi Mick,No intentional Moire. Are you viewing at 1920x1080?DGHi Dave,No - old 4x3 monitor. Played it on my Laptop and no moire. Never been particulaly aware of it before, maybe it was you very slow zooms that made it worse on my monitor but a good point to be aware of. I may upgade soon.mick Quote
davegee Posted February 8, 2012 Author Report Posted February 8, 2012 It can be a problem when not viewing a show at its native resolution.Unfortunately, we all should be on 1920x1080 now (but are not). It shows that whatever resolution you use someone is going to view on a different res monitor and not see exactly what you are seeing.DG Quote
coopernatural Posted February 8, 2012 Report Posted February 8, 2012 DG,You stated that you threw this together. With 7mins 20 sec of trees, zoom, path, zoom, trees, zoom.It did show. Not sure how you could rejig the content to make things work better.I did like the moving titles and the moire.A quick 60 second alternative version.http://tinyurl.com/7f4h97hDavy. Quote
