doug nelson Posted February 12, 2012 Report Posted February 12, 2012 This software is driving ne nuts. The total lack of support does not help.I have built a 300 picture slide show. 15 slides into it, I get the beginning of the first music track OVER the same track that is playing. I deleted ALL the music tracks, but CANNOT delete this rogue track. It does not even show up in the que. Sorry to bother you folks with my problem, but the Support ticket function is broken.Doug Quote
Lin Evans Posted February 12, 2012 Report Posted February 12, 2012 Hi Doug,It sounds like you may have the music track linked to a slide. At the top right of the main screen there is a "speaker icon." Beside this icon you will see the words "Add Sound or Voice." I would begin by looking at the 14th, 15th and 16th slides and see if there may be a link to the first music track. If the sound track has been added you will not see "Add Sound or Voice" but instead see the title of the track. If you find this to be the case, just click on the title and from the drop-down box choose "Remove Sound File" then save.Worst case scenario, if you don't find this to be the case, use the "File Create Backup in Zip" and post a link to your zipped project and one of us will troubleshoot it for you.Best regards,Lin Quote
doug nelson Posted February 12, 2012 Author Report Posted February 12, 2012 Lin,Badda bing. That's it exactly. Rather than try to reconstruct WHY that happened, now I at least know how to fix it. Just listen for the problem, and note the slide where it occurs. Go to the slide and click on the voice option. Many thanks, was working on a Valentines gift for the lady who loves me.Doug Quote
Lin Evans Posted February 12, 2012 Report Posted February 12, 2012 Hi Doug,Great news - get that show to her and have a great Valentine day with her !!Best regards,Lin Quote
Ken Cox Posted February 12, 2012 Report Posted February 12, 2012 MAKE SURE YOU SPELL HER NAME RIGHT IF YOU HAVE IT IN THE SHOW KEN Quote
doug nelson Posted February 13, 2012 Author Report Posted February 13, 2012 Guys, I still don't see any way to send a support ticket. All attempts at entering the security code are rejected. I am reluctant to post a problem in an inappropriate place but, without the option of a support ticket, I don't see a way to pose a technical question (without bothering you guys). Thanks to all for your recent and timely help.Doug Quote

Doug,That's what the forum is here for! And with regards to the support ticket, you cannot supply a ticket number until you have sent in your question via the support route and been given the ticket number to use in subsequent communications via that route.Peter Quote
Igor Posted February 14, 2012 Report Posted February 14, 2012 Hello,I'm sorry about the problem with support tickets! But it should work without any problems. I just checked up - today I see same number support tickets from customers as yesterday. I placed a test ticket and entered captcha code to submit the ticket. It passed without any problem. Please try again:http://www.wnsoft.com/support/Click "Submit a ticket" button. If it doesn't work, please attach a screenshot of the page with security code (captcha) and digits/symbols what you entered. I'll check up.Or please send me your request by personal message through the forum. Quote
