Makaranga Gardens

A short presentation taken at a 30 acre garden consisting of a tropical garden section and a Japanese section.

The gardens are situated 25kms outside of Durban in an upmarket residential area called Kloof. The gardens belong to a trust

and also boasts upmarket accommodation and a spa. There are excellent conference centres and many weddings are also held at the centre.

Nice one Colin,

I was suprised at how lush everything was.

Liked the statues and would have liked a few close up shots of them.

Negative, well the slides ended before music and the music

came to an abrupt end.

Davy, found I was a bit rusty when came to putting this show together....the memory cells had gone to sleep!

I did have close ups of the staues, but did not include them.

Ken, the black material is if I am not mistaken, marble stone. These statues were created by a Zimbabwean artist.
