steven62 Posted November 8, 2012 Report Posted November 8, 2012 Hello,Below is the link to my first public show called PA (Pennsylvania) Heritage Festival 2012 held in Troy PA this past September. The show has 38 slides plus 3 videos and is 5:48 long. The aspect ratio is 16:9The zip file is longer then I would have liked and I am open to suggestions on how to shorten it. (151 mb).I think part of the reason is my jpeg files may be bigger then they need to be.I am open to suggestions as to how to make my shows better as this is only the third time making slide shows with high caliber software.Thank You,StevenEdit: I realized that I Sent the wrong file so I deleted the link until I can figure out how to make a zip file for an exe file. Will do so tom tomorrow. Please accept my apology.SteveSo much for trying to create a good impression New link below.http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?51vf22g69f4p11ySteven Quote

steven62 Posted December 1, 2012 Author Report Posted December 1, 2012 Hello Steven, I would like to congratulate you on your first show. Keep up the good work and have fun ralphRalph,Thank you, I appreciate the comments.I had many more slides originally but the file size was getting out of hand.In my last show I saved the jpg file as quality 6 whereas in this show I think I saved it as a 10. Also in this show I had a couple of videos as well.As for having fun, that I am, that I am, although it can get frustrating at times I really do enjoy doing this.Steven Quote
steven62 Posted December 1, 2012 Author Report Posted December 1, 2012 http://www.7-zip.org/ follow inst's use r mouse menu when making zip kenHi Ken,I have been using IZarc and found it to be simple for unzipping anything and everything.I am embarrassed to say while I have done a lot of unzipping, I had never zipped using this program and I could not find the instructions for doing it. I finally found it on their site (using right click with my mouse).I think I will download and install 7-zip as well to see which I like better. Thanks,Steven Quote
