Custom Transitions Problem (?)

Any noticed that it is not possible to create a Custom Transition from Customize Slide within O&A?

It works OK from the Main Screen but not O&A.

Tried it on both W7 Desktop and Vista Laptop - same result.

Could it be because the Custom Transition editor and the O&A editor are the same code - and so can only do one thing or the other?

Feasible, but if that were the case should not the "create" button be greyed out?

Yes, two instances of editor cannot exist at the same time.
