Key problem

Hello,

having to format my PC, I reload all my programs which many of PTE.

The problem is that when I run PTE, I was asked to return the key, a window tells me that the activation was successful, and when I raise again PTE me of lucid again to return my key again.

Note that I have my new key because I recently soucri to the full version Deluxe.

Thank you to tell me what to do.

I think your new key may be slightly incorrect. Go to the Wnsoft.com website and "Raise a ticket" on the Support page.
