G'day all. I'm new to P2E, so this may already have been answered!

Are the fonts (I use in objects) embedded in the resultant EXE file, or do

they have to be resident on the system that runs the EXE?

Welcome!

No, the fonts must be resident on the viewer's system. So, if you want to use a really obscure font, you are best to add the text in your image editor if you want other viewers to see it as you have designed it.

Hello Alrobin, question to you:

What do you exactly mean, when you say "image editor"? A normal slide (or picture) showing text with the font, one wants to use, as I suppose? I don't recognise another "image" editor in PTE. Am I right?

By "image editor" I was referring to an external program such as Photoshop or Photo Paint, etc.

You're right, there is no image editor in PTE.
