Registration of slides

Recommended Posts

When I am wanting to obtain exact registration of one slide over another I tend to use the slide view on the time line and drag one slide over another to check the registration. I then fiddle with the size and positioning of the slide. Is there any better and more accurate way of doing this without having to resort to Photoshop?

You could overlay one image on top of another in Objects and Animation?

Then reduce you opacity of the top "layer" to move the top image around.

When you are happy with that you can revert to 100% opacity and copy and paste the top image to the next slide (or whatever).

You will usually need "oversized" images to do this i.e. bigger than project resolution.
