Playing TS(AVC} files in Pictures to exe

Why can i not play My Sony Handicam GW 55VE files in pictures to exe They are TS(AVC}files and although they load they will not play smoothly.Also if I have to convert them ,what should I use to retain the high def quality and what conversion programme

Does not PTE offer to convert your files?

Try right clicking on the clip in the File Panel and choose Convert. It takes a little while.

Accept the defaults.

Thanks, How I missed that I do not know,however the tech people at winsoft never suggested this option.

Tried it on a small clip and it works. will now try larger clip.

Beware! Winsoft and Wnsoft are two different companies selling very different products. The one you wanted was Wnsoft.
