canico Posted November 10, 2013 Report Posted November 10, 2013 I have paid to upgrade from 7.0 to 7.5 but can not activate the new version - it will only direct me to the trial period. It says go to 'help' and enter the licence number but I cannot find any where to enter it. I am getting very frustrated and would appreciate any help.Thank you !canico Quote

Guest Yachtsman1 Posted November 11, 2013 Report Posted November 11, 2013 You could try putting the licence key into the folder where PTE is, usually C drive programmes WNsoft folder could be x86 , see screen shot, then try opening it, if that doesn't work, uninstall pte, & reinstall it in x86 WNsoft with the licence key in there also.Yachtsman1 :unsure:/>/> Quote
