Easthorpe Posted December 30, 2013 Report Posted December 30, 2013 I have a problem with slide styles. The first 7 work well and I can create a style and run with no problem, but "user styles" freezes immediatly and PTE crashes. The program is 8.1 and I have deleted and reinstalled with no change. There may be a corrupted style but I don't know where the styles are filed so I could investigate and delete. The computer is ACPI x64 Windows 7 home premium with service pack 1. 8Gb Ram Nvidea Geforce GTX550Ti. Microsoft Security Essentials is clear. Hope this gives the info needed, and that someone can help as I have struggled to resolve with no success. Quote

Easthorpe Posted December 30, 2013 Author Report Posted December 30, 2013 Many Thanks Peter & David. Its great when you know what to do. The tools delete didn't solve the problem because I couldn't get as far as tools but documents PTE & styles worked a treat. Happy new year to you both & thanks once again. Quote
Igor Posted January 10, 2014 Report Posted January 10, 2014 If this problem will occur again with custom slide styles, please let me know.I need a copy of the folder of all custom styles in ZIP archive. Then we'll able to easily find a reason of this problem. Quote
