miicoe
As a new user, I am enjoying the experience, but there are some gaps in the user manual. One has just cropped up and maybe someone can explain please. In the Timeline view, the grey bar that indicates the transition time above each slide - one of these has gone red. I don't know why, or what it means, or how to get rid of it. Can someone advise please.MikeLater addition. I have sussed it. I had inadvertently pulled one image on top of another, with no time interval. But the user guide does not explain this. One further comment. If you try to add an audio track in a non-supported format (all my music is in MP4), it would be helpful if the programme shouted out that you cannot do this. I spent a couple of hours figuring this out. Surely it is a simple programming step to raise a message "unsupported audio format".
Lin Evans
Hi Mike,What this indicates is that you have two images overlapping one another in time. Click on the image with the red line and drag it to the right until the red goes away then check your image for display time and the chosen transition and make any necessary changes.Best regards,Lin
