My standard "first line of defense" reply for anyone with DVD Problems is as follows.

In the last page of the Video Builder process is a page which has 4 options. I think that only one of these options needs to be ticked.

Create MPEG2

Create DVD Folders

Create ISO Image

Burn DVD Disc

Untick all options other than Create ISO Image and continue. Make sure that the location of the ISO image is known to you in advance - preferably on a drive other than C drive.

When the ISO is completed you should be able to right click on it and choose to open in the LATEST version of Media Player Classic - Home Cinema.

If this is successful then it suggests that your problem is something other than PTE - DVD Burner, Quality of Discs, DVD Player, System issues etc

Another option:

Try burning a successfully made ISO file in another software such as Roxio etc.

If your TV is equipped with USB input and Media Player create an MP4 File and play that via the USB input. If successful, this also suggests that the problem is not PTE.
