I already replied you in two different topics that PicturesToExe 8 requires at least 128 MB of video memory and video card should support DirectX 9:

With new features we can't provide support for video cards older than 10 years.

I don't think that there is any difference between Deluxe and Essentials. Both versions use the same software components, while for the Essential version, several features are disabled. Nevertheless, both version seem to need the same hardware platform. It would be enormous effort to make the Essential version run on such an old hardware.

PTE is very nice program for just those who want embed pictures+brief comment +caption+sound +Gif+Videos together PTE just is these no any more things, So Is it possible PTE offers things more than these ?
