Absolute and relative

Hi,

Beginner's question:

- You have a slide duration of 10 secs

- Inside "obj and anim" there is a pic that eg. reaches 100% opacity after (keyframe) 5 seconds . Close.

- Now you change (drag) the duration of the slide eg. + 7 seconds = 17 secs.

- Look inside the "obj and anim" and you find that the 5 seconds have stretched as well, so they are relative and proportional.

Question:

- What key do I press , so that the relative durations DO NOT stretch as I expand the duration of the slide. (Because I want to keep

the music sync intact obviously).

thx,

Paul

Go to Settings > Preferences > Projects and un-tick the box :- Scale Key frames in Objects (on time change) That will work for a new project that you're just starting.

If your already into your project and it sounds like you are, make the above change, but also, select the image you want to add the time to and go to Slide Options Main Tab and un-tick Scale Key frames in Objects (on time change)

OK, thx, I'm only one slide into the project :-)
