Mavi Posted July 18, 2014 Report Posted July 18, 2014 Hello We can arrange files in explorer PTE or add a caption with the date. The DATE considering is DATE EXIF corresponding to DATE OF MODIFICATION (modification of the file, or developing date of JPEG file from RAW ….). It’s will be very interesting, if we can order (or add caption) views with DATE OF ORIGINAL or DATE OF DIGITIZED. Although, the same think with TIME.Best regards,Vincent Quote
Ken Cox Posted July 18, 2014 Report Posted July 18, 2014 Vincentone has to be very careful that your camera is set to the right time zone -- I recently found out the hard way that my camera was set improper when I was going to document runners in a road race -- exif was out by an hour((the importance of exif data has been discussed many times -- as long as the camera is set proper-- and that your graphics program does not delete itdate / time is quite obvious with windowsken Quote
tom95521 Posted July 18, 2014 Report Posted July 18, 2014 For adding to the timeline we can already do this by using Windows explorer. Slide Options, Default, Comments already has EXIF time and date?http://www.picturestoexe.com/forums/index.php?/topic/16650-how-to-sort-images-by-recording-date-time/?p=114475Tom Quote
