tom95521 Posted July 25, 2014 Report Posted July 25, 2014 Creates MP4 but does not upload. Can somebody verify this is a problem or just me? I do like the high speed upload. Thanks,Tom Quote
Guest Yachtsman1 Posted July 25, 2014 Report Posted July 25, 2014 Hi TomI don't use the PTE upload to Youtube facility, had trouble with passwords early on & since then created my own account :unsure: Regards EricYachtsman1.PS don't see anything in your file to cause a problem. Quote
tom95521 Posted July 25, 2014 Author Report Posted July 25, 2014 Hi Eric,I can create a mp4 and upload to youtube by drag and drop method. That works fine. The youtube publish option was working until (I think) I upgraded to 8.0.5. I will do more testing this weekend when I finish my vibration style (for video stabilization testing).Thanks,Tom Quote
tom95521 Posted July 26, 2014 Author Report Posted July 26, 2014 It appears to be limited to one video that I try to Publish on YouTube at 1080p.PTE Publish on YouTube 720p - YPTE Publish on YouTube 1080p - NChrome Drag and Drop YouTube Upload 1080p -YThe workflow that created this video:Apply vibration style to image in PTE 8.0.5 Import into Corel x7 VideoStudio UltimateApply Mercalli 2 SE video stabilization (split and full screen)Export mp4Import into PTE 8.0.5PTE Publish on YouTube 1080p.Since Drag and Drop upload method of the same mp4 file works it's not a big problem. I do not think it's bitdefender antivirus or malware bytes pro blocking the upload since it usually warns me if there is a problem. I can not verify the problem started with PTE 8.0.5 because my vibration style was created after PTE 8.0.4 was replaced by PTE 8.0.5.Thanks,Tom Quote

Guest Yachtsman1 Posted July 27, 2014 Report Posted July 27, 2014 Hi TomCould it be the fact it has the audio codec AC3, just guessing Regards EricYachtsman1. Quote
tom95521 Posted July 27, 2014 Author Report Posted July 27, 2014 Hi Eric,The mp4 audio was AAC and PTE converted it to AC3. It is strange that I can manually upload the same mp4 file created by PTE for YouTube and it works. Just the PTE upload method fails.TomInputGeneralComplete name : D:\vibrate_split.mp4Format : MPEG-4Format profile : Base MediaCodec ID : isomFile size : 8.24 MiBDuration : 5s 0msOverall bit rate mode : VariableOverall bit rate : 13.8 MbpsEncoded date : UTC 2014-07-25 06:24:06Tagged date : UTC 2014-07-25 06:24:06 VideoID : 1Format : AVCFormat/Info : Advanced Video CodecFormat profile : High@L4.0Format settings, CABAC : YesFormat settings, ReFrames : 2 framesCodec ID : avc1Codec ID/Info : Advanced Video CodingDuration : 5s 0msBit rate mode : VariableBit rate : 13.6 MbpsMaximum bit rate : 15.0 MbpsWidth : 1 920 pixelsHeight : 1 080 pixelsDisplay aspect ratio : 16:9Frame rate mode : ConstantFrame rate : 30.000 fpsStandard : NTSCColor space : YUVChroma subsampling : 4:2:0Bit depth : 8 bitsScan type : ProgressiveBits/(Pixel*Frame) : 0.218Stream size : 8.09 MiB (98%)Language : EnglishEncoded date : UTC 2014-07-25 06:24:06Tagged date : UTC 2014-07-25 06:24:06Color primaries : BT.709Transfer characteristics : BT.709Matrix coefficients : BT.709 AudioID : 2Format : AACFormat/Info : Advanced Audio CodecFormat profile : LCCodec ID : 40Duration : 4s 992msBit rate mode : ConstantBit rate : 256 KbpsChannel(s) : 2 channelsChannel positions : Front: L RSampling rate : 48.0 KHzCompression mode : LossyStream size : 156 KiB (2%)Language : EnglishEncoded date : UTC 2014-07-25 06:24:06Tagged date : UTC 2014-07-25 06:24:06 ====================================== ConvertedGeneralComplete name : D:\vibrate_split.converted.aviFormat : AVIFormat/Info : Audio Video InterleaveFile size : 3.69 MiBDuration : 4s 967msOverall bit rate : 6 227 KbpsWriting application : Lavf53.4.0 VideoID : 0Format : MPEG-4 VisualFormat profile : Advanced Simple@L1Format settings, BVOP : YesFormat settings, QPel : NoFormat settings, GMC : No warppointsFormat settings, Matrix : Default (H.263)Codec ID : FMP4Duration : 4s 967msBit rate : 5 945 KbpsWidth : 1 920 pixelsHeight : 1 080 pixelsDisplay aspect ratio : 16:9Frame rate : 30.000 fpsColor space : YUVChroma subsampling : 4:2:0Bit depth : 8 bitsScan type : ProgressiveCompression mode : LossyBits/(Pixel*Frame) : 0.096Stream size : 3.52 MiB (95%)Writing library : Lavc53.7.0 AudioID : 1Format : AC-3Format/Info : Audio Coding 3Mode extension : CM (complete main)Format settings, Endianness : BigCodec ID : 2000Duration : 4s 928msBit rate mode : ConstantBit rate : 256 KbpsChannel(s) : 2 channelsChannel positions : Front: L RSampling rate : 48.0 KHzBit depth : 16 bitsCompression mode : LossyStream size : 154 KiB (4%)Alignment : Aligned on interleavesInterleave, duration : 32 ms (0.97 video frame) Quote

Igor Posted July 31, 2014 Report Posted July 31, 2014 Hi Tom,If you use Google 2-Step Verification (which is very recommended) try to create a new password for applications and use it for YouTube uploading in PTE. Will it help?http://www.google.com/landing/2step/ Quote
tom95521 Posted August 1, 2014 Author Report Posted August 1, 2014 Hi Igor,Enabled 2 step authentication and added password for PTE YouTube uploads. Video (straight from FZ150) fails to upload at 1080p from my Win 8.1 Dell XPS8700 computer. The same slideshow uploads at 1080p on my Lenovo IdeaPad i7 Win7 laptop.Sample slideshow that uploads only on my Lenovo at 1080p.http://1drv.ms/1ofxyT8Since nobody else seems to have this problem maybe we should label it SOLVED since it's limited to one PC. I reinstalled PTE 8.0.5 and that did not fix the problem.Thanks,Tom Quote

Co-incedence, FZ150? At the time Google/Chrome were trying to take over the world. :blink: Regards EricYachtsman1. Quote
tom95521 Posted September 12, 2014 Author Report Posted September 12, 2014 Problem solved. Both sample slideshows above upload now. I believe the problem was cause by intermittent DSL network connection. Solved by getting a new modem/router and AT&T tech switched to new data line. Windows 7 laptop was able to upload but not Windows 8 desktop. I have no explanation for this but I still believe the problem is solved.Thanks,Tom Quote
