jemhayward Posted November 4, 2014 Report Posted November 4, 2014 I use Mac OSX and VMware to run PtoExe on my Mac. The latest OSX won't run my version of VMware, and the "upgrade" is expensive for something I rarely use. However, I need to build a AV project this week, so I'm going to install PtoExe on my work laptop PC. However I cannot connect to my old PtoExe to retreive my license number, and I don't seem to have written it down anywhere (I bought PtoExe years ago, and have just upgraded it each time).I sent in a license retrieval request, but have had no response... I'm running out of time! Last time (yes, I've done this before, so I should learn) the response from WnSoft was practically instant.Does anyone know if the retrieval system is broken, or any other way of contacting them, or finding my license (I think I can access the files on my Mac, though haven't managed to find them yet) Quote
